The Applied Biosystems RapidHIT ID Primary Cartridge GlobalFiler Express 150 Kit contains all the necessary reagents and consumables to perform capillary electrophoresis on DNA samples using the Applied Biosystems RapidHIT ID System (Cat. No. A41810). This primary cartridge kit can be used to perform 150 runs. Kit includes: Utility cartridges (2) to help with replacement of primary cartridges, Gel cartridge filled with polymer to conduct the electrophoresis when assembled with primary cartridge, ACE GlobalFiler Express control cartridge that includes allelic ladder required for installation, RapidHIT ID ACE GlobalFiler Express positive control cartridge required for installation to verify performance of primary cartridge.

60. TaqMan™ Fast Advanced Master Mix

Provides accurate quantification in less time on qPCR instrument platforms including the widest quantifiable range, in both single and duplex reactions, even with challenging targets. TaqMan Fast Advanced Master Mix contains AmpliTaq Fast DNA Polymerase, uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG), dNTPs with dUTP, ROX dye (passive reference), and optimized buffer components. It is supplied at a 2X concentration. Features: Stable at room temperature for up to 72 hours in preassembled reactions, validated for duplexing with exogenous and endogenous internal positive control assays, optimized for fast mode on fast instruments and fast cycling conditions on standard instruments and validated with TaqMan assays for gene expression and microRNAs, and TaqMan array micro-fluidic cards.

61. TaqMan™ MGB Probe

MGB (minor groove binder) probes are dual-labeled probes used for real-time PCR applications using TaqMan chemistry. Probes incorporate a 5' fluorescent reporter dye and a 3' nonfluorescent quencher (NFQ). The NFQ offers lower background signal, which results in better precision in quantitation. Custom probes are HPLC-purified and available with FAM, VIC, TET, and NED reporter dyes.

62. TaqMan™ QSY Probe

QSY probes are dual-labeled probes used for real-time PCR, designed for optimal sensitivity and performance in multiplex qPCR experiments. Probes are HPLC-purified and verified by mass spectrometry to help ensure lot-to-lot reproducibility between batches with synthesis in a facility that is certified to ISO 13485.

63. TaqMan™ RNase P Instrument Verification Plate

Plate used to verify the performance of the Applied Biosystems® 7500 Real-Time PCR Systems. Plate is a 96-well PCR plate preloaded with the necessary reagents to detect and quantitate genomic copies of the human RNase P gene, a single-copy gene encoding the RNA moiety of the RNase P enzyme. Each well contains preloaded reaction mix (1X TaqMan® Universal PCR Master Mix, RNase P primers, and FAM™ dye–labeled probe) and template. To ensure accurate results, manufacturer recommends that the performance of your instrument be verified every six months.

64. TaqMan™ Universal PCR Master Mix

Required for a master mix for multiple 5' nuclease DNA applications. Contains AmpliTaq Gold DNA Polymerase to provide a better yield and a more robust 5' nuclease assay. Includes a passive internal reference based on proprietary ROX dye. Buffer enhancements guarantee performance and reliability in all applications, even with G/C-rich sequences. AmpErase UNG protects against subsequent re-amplification from PCR products containing dU to minimize carry-over contamination. Rapid assay development guidelines are provided.

65. Quant-iT™ dsDNA Assay Kit, high sensitivity (HS) (100 rxn)

For DNA quantification. Kit provides concentrated assay reagent, dilution buffer, and prediluted DNA standards. Assays are highly selective for double-stranded DNA over RNA, and, in the range of 0.2–100 ng for the HS assay. Assays are performed at room temperature; signal is stable for three hours. Common contaminants, such as salts, solvents, detergents, and protein are well tolerated. Kit contains 100 reactions.
