The Port Authority Transit Corporation ("Authority") hereby invites interested suppliers to submit sealed proposals for RFP PATCO-01-2023 -- Replacement of the PATCO Ferry Avenue and Collingswood Station Rooftop Heating and Cooling Units. This public advertisement constitutes PATCO’s formal solicitation.

Basis of Award: This contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on a per item basis, which will be based on compliance with General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications, lowest price per unit submitted, and delivery terms as stated on Bid Sheet in the best interest of the PATCO.

The Authority's Board of Commissioners has adopted a resolution stating suppliers seeking contracted work must be prevented from influencing the vendor selection process. To be considered in the vendor selection process, a Political Contribution Form and Certification must be completed and submitted with the Request for Proposals.

Sealed Proposals and Political Contribution Form and Certification, shall be submitted in the envelopes provided no later than Thursday, June 22, 2023 @ 11:00 a.m. at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Faxed or e-mailed copies of Proposals will NOT be accepted.

A Mandatory Site Inspection will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. with PATCO personnel, all prospective bidders, and other interested parties. Participants will meet at the PATCO Lindenwold Station, 901 Berlin Rd N, Lindenwold, NJ 08021. To confirm attendance at the pre-bid conference, bidders should contact the Purchasing Officer. Bids will not be accepted from firms not attending the Pre-Bid Site Inspection.

The DRPA and PATCO are now utilizing the Ariba Network for all sourcing, contracts, and supplier management.
