Description

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for preventative and remedial maintenance and servicing to a stationary nitrogen generator model number SNG II-20410, manufactured by Bauer Compressors, Inc. of Norfolk, Virginia, at the 436 MXS Dover AFB, DE in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operations. The unit has approximately 2400 operating hours and consists of a low-pressure module, a membrane control module, and a high-pressure module that have periodic inspections and servicing requirements. The inspections and servicing are required every 500 operating hours, annually, and biennially over the course of the next five years. The contractor will use existing instructions to guide the maintenance and servicing requirements for the equipment and abide by these written publications. The contractor will deliver and provide qualified technicians to complete all inspections and servicing requirements at the current location on Dover AFB.
