The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for preventative maintenance and servicing to an Additive Manufacturing machine, model number Fortus 450mc, manufactured by Stratasys of Eden Prairie, MN at the 436 MXS Dover AFB, DE in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operations. The machine requires annual servicing and maintenance at specific intervals, to include hardware and software updates. The contractor will provide on-site service visits, as applicable. The contractor will use existing instructions to guide the maintenance and servicing requirements for the equipment and abide by these written publications. The contractor will deliver and provide qualified technicians to complete all inspections and servicing requirements at the current location on Dover AFB.
