The Contractor must supply all necessary resources, including labor, equipment, materials, and manuals, for Remedial Maintenance on the Vehicle Management Flights forklift fleet at Dover Air Force Base (DAFB), DE. They should also offer towing services if on-site repairs are not feasible. The Contractor should be located within sixty miles of DAFB to ensure quick response times in emergencies and minimize towing costs. Additionally, they must have Hyster proprietary diagnostic equipment and be affiliated with Hyster exclusive services. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all services, parts, and OEM components provided under this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) meet the specified terms, conditions, and OEM standards.
