Description

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) made a contract award to the University of Delaware for the project titled "Advanced Imaging for Roadbed Condition Monitoring and Assessment" under FRA's Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) 2021 track FRA-TR-013 Advanced Imaging for Roadbed Condition; Research Initiatives in Support of Rail Safety. The Contract is a cost-reimbursement type contract with no fee, and it was competitvely awarded in accordance with the procedures under FAR 35.016 Broad Agency Announcement. The period of performance is September 22, 2023 through September 21, 2025.
