THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NON-COMPETITIVE NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER WITHOUT PROVIDING FOR FULL OR OPEN COMPETITION (INCLUDING BRAND-NAME).



The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), a center of the National Institutes of Health, intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (including brand name) to Agilent Technologies, Inc., 2850 Centerville Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808-1610 for a replacement Agilent 1260 Infinity II Vial Sampler for an Agilent HPLC-MS.
